It has always frustrated me how disposable clothes are these days, visit any 2nd Hand Market, op-shop or church bazaar, and you’ll see bags of old clothes (some only worn a couple of times) just sitting there waiting to be dumped. Most of these fabrics or buttons can be reused and turned into a fresh, modern piece of clothing.

Vintage fabrics are a different quality to those used to day and many have the most beautiful prints that just cry out to be remade into something new so they can be seen again. I just love hunting out beautiful doilies and napkins and turning them into pockets or just using them to embellish a more simple patterned fabric or top.

With vintage and recycled fabrics, you can be sure that you are getting a one of a kind piece of clothing that you won’t see anywhere else!
